Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, upon boarding a plane to Washington for what his office says will be a historic address to Congress, said Sunday that he is going as an 'emissary of all the citizens of Israel and the entire Jewish people.' Netanyahu, whose speech has triggered a great deal of friction with the White House said, 'I am greatly concerned about the security of the citizens of Israel and I will do what is necessary in order to ensure our future.'
