Adressing his Italian counterpart Matteo Renzi in a speech given in the Knesset Wednesday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed his appreciation for the Italian government's support for Israel and their help in fighting the BDS movement.

"You are a true friend of Israel, you are for true peace and against boycotts," Netanyahu said, adding "Israel has always seen Italy as an important ally on the Mediterranean."
