Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with Chilean President Sebastián Piñera in Brasilia, Brazil on Tuesday. Netanyahu and Piñera discussed opening a direct line of flight from Tel Aviv to Santiago de Chile, with a layover in Africa to shorten the flight time. The two leaders also discussed tightening the relations between the countries.
