Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday called US Vice President Joe Biden, whom he has know for years, and extended his condolences on the passing of Biden's son, Beau.

“I remember what pride you used to speak about your son,” Netanyahu said, “and about the deep connection you two had.”
