US Secretary of State John Kerry's efforts will lead to a peace agreement, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said in an interview with German television network ZDF on Sunday evening, according to AFP.

Ahead of Chancellor Angela Merkel's visit to Israel on Monday, the prime minister added that while there are at times disagreements between Germany and Israel, the two countries have a good relationship.
