Addressing the Jewish Federations of North America's General Assembly, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday said that ''all Jews should have access to the Western Wall.''

''Religious matters have always been the product of evolution and not revolution,'' he said in his speech, delivered via video. ''I believe the entire Jewish people is one family.''

He promised to expand the egalitarian prayer section at the Wall near Robinson's Arch. He told the audience that he would implement the plan by next year's General Assembly.
