Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu will be giving US President Barack Obama a gold-coated nano-chip etched with the Israeli and US declarations of independence, a Prime Minister's Office spokesman said Monday.Obama was set to arrive in Israel for a three-day visit on Wednesday.
