BEIRUT - An air strike in northwestern Syria killed at least nine militants from the al-Qaida-linked Nusra Front on Sunday in an area near the Turkish border, a group monitoring the war said.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said four of the dead were foreign fighters. Rami Abdulrahman, who runs the Observatory, said the target had been hit with three missiles.
