Nine-year-old injured Syrian child taken to Ziv Medical Center for treatment

A nine-year-old Syrian child injured in the civil war raging in the country was transferred to Israel for treatment early Friday morning, Army Radio reported.
The IDF evacuated the child in moderate condition to Ziv Medical Center in Safed with injuries to his face and eyes as a result of an explosion.
Over 300 wounded Syrians have been transferred to Israel for treatment since the beginning of the conflict 2-and-1/2 years ago.
