North Korea promises 'act of justice' if US imposes more sanctions

North Korea's Foreign Ministry warned on Sunday of a "resolute act of justice" if the US applied more sanctions or resorted to "military adventure," state news television KRT reported.
The foreign ministry said the country had been forced to carry out a recent missile test "to send a stern warning to the US" over its use of sanctions.
DPRK is short for the North's formal name, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. It did not specify what further action it would take.
The latest missile test came a day after the US Senate approved a package of sanctions on North Korea, Russia and Iran.
