The Western Galilee Hospital in Nahariya treated 35 wounded from the brawl between Muslims and Druze in Abu Sinan on Friday night, in which many were injured by a grenade. Nine are in moderate to severe condition, suffering from shrapnel to the head, stomach and upper body. Some have already entered surgery.
