WASHINGTON - US President Barack Obama and president-elect Donald Trump had 'a very warm conversation,' Trump's campaign manager Kellyanne Conway said on Wednesday, following Trump's victory in the race for the White House. 'He was congratulated, and I think they resolved to work together,' Conway told NBC's 'Today' program in an interview.
