BELEK, Turkey - US President Barack Obama will hold a bilateral meeting with Saudi Arabia's King Salman at the G20 summit in Turkey on Sunday evening, a White House official said.

The two countries are partners in a coalition bombing Islamic State fighters in Syria.

Obama arrived in Turkey on Sunday for a summit of world leaders that has taken on a sense of urgency following deadly Paris attacks that pushed the fight against Islamic State to the top of the agenda.
