Officer injured in West Bank explosion still in critical condition

The IDF officer who was injured in a pipe bomb explosion in near Hizma in the West Bank is still in critical condition.
The soldier is undergoing surgery in Hadassah-Ein Kerem.
A search of the area on Tuesday revealed that four pipe bombs had exploded causing the injury to the officer. An additional five pipe bombs we found in the sweep and were deactivated by security forces.
The officer was in serious condition with a head wound following the explosion.
