Foreign Minister of Oman Yosef ben Alawi said today that Israel-Oman relations cannot be normalized without an Israeli-Palestinian peace process, according to a report in Israel's Walla! news. 'The establishment of a sovereign Palestinian state is a condition for normalization with Israel,' he said.
