President Shimon Peres on Saturday condemned recent attacks on Arab citizens in Israel, while speaking to reporters during his visit to Paris, France.
"Attacking Arab citizens is a terrible thing, done by a handful of people but leaving a very large stain," he said. "Everyone, citizens and authorities, must to everything possible to prevent it."
Peres met with French President Francois Hollande on Friday, and the two discussed a range of issues including the Iranian nuclear threat and the Israel-Palestinian peace process.
