One injured in stabbing attack in Yavne supermarket

One person was injured Wednesday morning, after a Palestinian assailant stabbed him in a supermarket in the central city of Yavne.

According to the Israel Police, the stabber a 19-year-old Palestinian resident of the West Bank was apprehended by police who were aided by other shoppers. The police are treating the incident as a terror attack.

The victim, a 42-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious wounds.
