Despite an announcement by the prime minister's office that he would not attend the weekly cabinet meeting on Sunday, Binyamin Netanyahu arrived at the meeting ten minutes late. In the original statement, the prime minister's office said Vice Premier Moshe Ya'alon would chair the meeting instead of Netanyahu, and a photo-op planned prior to the meeting was canceled.
