PM, Treasury agree on NIS 2.7 b. defense cut for education

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Ministry of Finance officials agreed Thursday on the details of the NIS 5.4 billion "large adjustment package".

The prime minister is set to present it the cabinet for approval, along with a NIS 3 billion defense plan, on Sunday.

The proposed package keeps the budget framework intact.
