Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said Saturday following the attack in Itamar which killed five family members that "this is a heinous murder of an innocent family, parents and their children, while they slept in their house on Friday night."

The Prime Minister's Office said that Netanyahu is demanding the Palestinian Authority assist in finding the killers.

"Israel will act firmly to maintain the security of the Israeli citizens and punish the murderers," the prime minister said.
