Police arrested three Arab residents of east Jerusalem at a checkpoint on the Tunnel Road south of the capital Jerusalem on Monday evening, after sappers discovered three pipe bombs in his car. The explosives were apparently to be used in a criminal, not terror-related attack, police said. All three men were transferred to a security interrogation and the pipe bombs were destroyed in a controlled environment.
