Border Police forces caught a Palestinian in possession of a 16-centimeter knife at the Ra'as Hamis checkpoint on Monday night. The Palestinian told interrogators that he planned to infiltrate Jerusalem and perpetrate a terror attack at the Shuafat checkpoint, in the north of the capital. Two other Palestinians were arrested with him.
