Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas will meet with representatives from Hamas and the Islamic Jihad, as well as other Palestinian factions, on February 8 in Cairo for a PLO reform summit, Ma'an reported on Friday.Abbas and Hamas chief Khaled Mashaal met in Cairo earlier this month in efforts to advance Palestinian reconciliation.
