A Palestinian woman tried to stab an IDF solider on Tuesday morning in an attempted terror attack at a security checkpoint near Hebron.

Israeli security forces responded to the incident by shooting the suspect in her lower body. She then received initial medical treatment at the scene.

No IDF soldiers were hurt in the incident.
