Palestinian health officials said on Friday that a 20-year-old protester wounded by IDF gunfire during demonstrations near Ramallah hours earlier has died.

According to Palestinian reports, the victim has been identified as Nasa'at Asfur from the West Bank village of Sinjil.

Witnesses reported that Asfur was wounded by a bullet to his chest.
