JTA — Unidentified individuals started a fire inside a synagogue near Paris and drew a swastika on its wall.

The signs of the fire were found in the main hall of the synagogue in the Garges suburb last Tuesday, according to the National Bureau for Vigilance against anti-Semitism, or BNVCA. Little damage was reported.

Police were looking into the case, the report said.
