A pedestrian was hit by a truck Tuesday in Kiryat Malachi, Magen David Adom reported. The man, in his 50s, is in serious condition with a head trauma. Paramedics provided treatment on the scene before taking the victim to Kaplan Medical Center in Rehovot.
