Pensioner collapses in Knesset gym and dies

A 70-year-old retired Knesset employee collapsed while exercising in the Knesset gym and died soon after in the Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem.

After his collapse, Knesset paramedics revived him, and he was taken within minutes by a mobile intensive care unit to the hospital.

Knesset Director-General Ronen Plott formed a committee to check the circumstances of the event.
