President Shimon Peres on Tuesday called the Iranian regime "forlorn and lousy."
"It is cracked and full of wounds, and the enriched uranium cannot save it," said the president at a security prize ceremony at Beit Hanassi (The Presidential Residence).
He added that "in elections in a democratic regime, the voting decides, but in a non-democratic regime, the counting [of the ballots] decides."
