President Shimon Peres on Monday said that both Israel and the Palestinians were ready to resume peace negotiations. "Both sides want peace. We all agree on a solution of two states for two peoples, the only problem is how we will do this and in how many stages," Army Radio quoted Peres as saying in a meeting with EU Foreign Policy chief Javier Solana. Solana reportedly told Peres that the UN Security Council should study the International Atomic Energy Agency's report on Iran's nuclear program.
