Philadelphia woman charged with trying to support ISIS

WASHINGTON - US authorities charged a Philadelphia woman on Friday with attempting to provide support to the Islamic State militant group, accusing her of planning to travel overseas to join the organization, the US Justice Department said.
Thirty-year-old Keonna Thomas, also known as Fatayat Al Khilafah and YoungLioness, was charged with trying to provide material support and resources, including herself as a fighter, to a foreign terrorist organization, the department said.
"Some think that we must either fight the world or surrender to world powers. We say it is neither of those, there is a third way. We can have cooperation with the world."
