The police refused to grant permission from Ethiopian-Israeli leaders who requested to hold a protest opposite the officeof Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem.

The police suggested the protest, meant to take place on July 27th, should move to a different location.
The protest was to be against the delays in allowing the remains of the Jewish community in Ethiopia to come to Israel.
