Three of the suspects in the beating of an Arab man in Tel Aviv on Purim were also arrested in connection to an attack on an Arab man on the shores of Lake Kinneret last Friday, Northern District police announced Tuesday.

Police said that two of the suspects were taken to Tel Aviv to be remained, while the third, a minor, will be remanded in a Tiberias court.

On Monday morning, police arrested seven Tiberias youths accused of beating a Jaffa man on the Tel Aviv promenade last Sunday night, in what the victim said was a racially-motivated attack.

Police are still questioning the youths and trying to determine the motive behind the attack, and if it was in fact racially-motivated.
