Police on Thursday said a second person was killed in the car accident in Umm el-Fahm earlier in the morning.Paramedics had evacuated the person in a critical condition to Emek Medical Center in Afula, but he died soon-after at the hospital.Another person was proclaimed dead at the scene, and one policeman was lightly injured after a driver of car was attempting to escape a routine inspection when the car hit a police vehicle. Circumstances of the case are reviewed.
