Police on Thursday arrested three 15-year-olds in Jerusalem suspected of tying a fellow classmate, 14, to a chair for hours and then abusing him over the last two years.

The youths were suspected of beating him, sexually harassing him, defecating and urinating on him, and also extorting money from him.

Police said the suspects were undergoing a remand hearing Thursday.

One of the suspects was released to house arrest.
