Police arrest 44 people in huge gambling network bust

Police arrested at least 44 people on Wednesday on suspicion of their involvement in a major money laundering network which saw yields of around a billion shekels in gambling money, Israel Radio reported.

According to the report, police raided several suspects' homes in Tel Aviv, Rishon Lezion, Holon and Bat Yam in an undercover operation.
