Police arrest man suspected of recruiting ISIS members to Syria

German authorities  apprehended a 28-year-old man suspected of being a member of the Islamic State (ISIS) and recruiting another person to the organization in Syria, according to a Walla News report.

Federal prosecutors say he went to Syria in November of 2013 and underwent military training there. When he returned to Germany in March 2014, he began recruiting volunteers for the organization.
