 After a ramming attack in Jerusalem was reported near the Old City in Jerusalem on Wednesday, Police arrested and identified the suspected driver. 

A 19 and 28 year-old were lightly wounded after being struck by the vehicle. The 19-year-old was released from the hospital and the other is scheduled for an operation later on Wednesday, according to Shaare Zedek Medical Center's spokesperson. 
The incident was a criminal attack, according to the Police Spokesperson’s Unit.
