Police arrest two Hamas-linked suspects for Internet incitement

Jerusalem police recently detained two Hamas-affiliated individuals on charges of Internet incitement via the social networking site Facebook, authorities announced Tuesday.

According to authorities the posts contained support for violence and acts of terror as well as backing for martyrs. Both detainees are residents of east Jerusalem and will stand trial in Jerusalem's Municipal Court.

Investigation is currently on-going. The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court has extended their remand until Thursday.
