Police begin search in possible kidnapping in Modi'in

Police have begun an official search for a child who was potentially kidnapped in Modi'in Monday afternoon, Israel Police reported.

A civilian called police around 2:30 p.m. after the caller's eight-year-old son said he saw another child get into a vehicle on Shivtei Yisrael St.

The police are searching the area by car and helicopter, and are interviewing the boy.
