Police question 14 in Kfar Saba on bribery suspicions

Fourteen people were detained in Kfar Saba early Sunday morning for questioning regarding bribery, fraud, breach of trust, and other offenses, the Israeli Police spokesperson's office reported. The suspects were Kfar Saba municipal officials and others with financial interests in the city.

The arrests come on the tail end of an undercover investigation and included searches of the suspects and their offices and the municipal building.The investigation is in its initial stages and is being monitored by the Central District Attorney's Office.
