Police seize illegal arms in Rahat; vow to continue raids

Police in the Beduin town of Rahat carried out a number of searchers on Monday morning in search of illicit weapons and seized three rifles.

The raid was part of an ongoing arms clampdown in the town, which has seen a high number of disputes between families and clans settled through shooting battles. Police vowed to continue the raids in the coming days.
