Police and tax authority investigators detained for questioning four former officials from the management of the Hapoel Petah Tikvah football club on Monday morning, on suspicion of committing a series of financial irregularities that contributed to the struggling team's economic hardships.The investigations on Monday morning are a new development in a case police opened against the managers in May 2011, which dealt with suspicions that Hapoel Petach Tikva FC managers had been involved in match-fixing.
