Most Tipat Halav well-baby clinics are to be open on Friday morning, June 21, to give vaccinations, especially against the polio virus, Health Ministry public health chief Prof. Itamar Grotto said on Thursday. The ministry encourages parents whose children have not received all scheduled vaccinations to complete them, as a wild polio virus has been detected in sewage in the South. The virus has not infected anyone or caused the disease to develop.
