More than a thousand people demonstrated outside of the Turkish Embassy in Tel Aviv on Thursday.

The protesters shouted anti-Turkish slogans in the wake of the hard line that Turkey has taken against Israel's role in the Monday deaths of nine activists aboard the Gaza aid flotilla.

The protesters also shouted slogans against Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, calling him a "fascist."
