MOSCOW - President Vladimir Putin discussed Britain's 'unfriendly and provocative' policy towards Russia with its security council, the RIA news agency quoted the Kremlin as saying on Thursday . The council also discussed civilian evacuations from the Syrian enclave of eastern Ghouta, RIA said.
