Putin says question of who hacked US Democratic party unimportant

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Friday that the question of who hacked the US Democratic party was not important, but that the hacks revealed that public opinion in the United States was being manipulated.

Russia has repeatedly denied accusations Moscow was involved in cyber attacks against the United States.
