Quake of 5.2 magnitude hits southern Iran, no fatalities reported

ANKARA - An earthquake of magnitude 5.2 struck Iran's southern province of Kerman on Thursday but there were no initial reports of fatalities, state TV said.

Rescue teams have been dispatched to Kouhbanan town, the epicenter of the quake, it said.
