A three-year-old girl was killed Saturday afternoon when a television fell on her inside a Ra’anana home.

The girl was rushed to Kfar Saba’s Meir Medical Center in critical condition, and was pronounced dead not long after.

“When we got to the house we saw a large television on the floor, broken and next to it a three-year-old girl who was unconscious with a head injury and no pulse.”
