Further rocket sirens were sounded in southern Israel on Friday evening, likely signaling a launch of projectiles from the Gaza Strip toward Israel. The sirens sounded in the communities of Nahal Oz and Alumim.

"Following the report of rocket sirens in the regions of Shaar Hanegev and Sdot Negev, three launches were identified from the Gaza Strip into Israeli territory resulting in the Iron Dome battery intercepting two of the three," said the IDF Spokeperson's Unit.
